GRAPHI-TEE™ is the first t-shirt in the world obtained with  g_pwdr® Technology, a treatment based on recovered graphite powder that offers an alternative to the use of chemical pigments.

It took two years of research and development to find the formula capable of re-inventing an ancient Roman tradition in a contemporary and circular key: GRAPHI-TEE was born.

The use of g_pwdr Technology in the dyeing and finishing process of hemp and kitotex denim made it possible to produce g_sweatshirt and g_jacket.

Zantech™ is an innovative material invented by Alisea that led to the production of Perpetua.

 

It is composed of 80% graphite powder waste -100% recovered from the industrial processing of the electrodes and 20% of a special compound that gives Perpetua advantages that other pencils on the market cannot offer.

 

Thanks to Zantech™, Perpetua is stronger and lasts longer than any other pencil: while conventional pencils write for approximately 56 km, Perpetua can write up to 1,120 km (IUAV data).

 

Zantech™ comes in granules and this feature allowed us to design and produce Perpetua using a new production process, much smarter and faster than the traditional ones, which use wood cases to protect the graphite lead.

g_ink is the first and only pigment made with recycled graphite powder, the same of Perpetua the pencil, which offers a perfect alternative to the use of chemical dyes in silk screen printing of paper and fabrics.

g_pwdr is an innovative material designed by Alisea that gave rise to the g_pwdr Technology production process (patent pending by Alisea).

g_pwdr is produced in gel form, composed of 60% waste graphite powder (the same of Perpetua the pencil), 30% water, 5% special compound and 5% antibacterial agent. With this material, for the first time waste graphite powder from industrial processes is recycled to be used to treat garments and fabrics.

Compared to other techniques, currently in use, with g_pwdr Technology it is possible to:

  • reduce water consumption by 90%;
  • reduce electricity consumption by 47%;
  • avoid the use of additives and chemical pigments.

Fabrics treated with g_pwdr are characterized by:

  • a unique shade of grey that cannot be obtained with any chemical dyeing processes;
  • soft touch, obtained without the use of fabric softeners, but solely thanks to the lubricating properties of graphite;
  • a unique, unrepeatable touch, due to the innate abrasive properties of the graphite powder.
