Shipping costs for products purchased on the website www.perpetua.it are calculated with reference to the weight, size and destination of the package and are not included in the purchase price indicated for each individual product.
Shipping costs will be indicated, in detail and separately from other items, in your trolley when the order is placed.
Alisea undertakes to deliver the merchandise ordered to the customer within 30 days from the transmission of the e-mail confirming the order, even though ALISEA normally ensures that the product is sent within a shorter period (3-10 days, depending on the destination), in order to secure greater satisfaction from the Customer.
Methods of delivery
Alisea offers the Customer two shipping methods from which to choose when the order is placed: shipment by courier or collection directly from the pick-up points available in the delivery area indicated by the customer.
Shipment by express courier: Shipment by express courier: the order will be delivered to the customer to the address indicated at the time of registration, or, if not supplied, to the address supplied when the order was placed.
When the order is shipped, the customer will be sent an e-mail indicating the shipment number (tracking number) and the customer can follow the shipment on the website of the express courier instructed to consign the order.
The seller will not, in any event, be held liable for any disruptions, delays or omissions in consignments, which are the result of an accident or force majeure or the fault of the courier.
The customer is in any event obliged to check that the packages are intact when they are delivered and if any packs are missing, or there are any signs that a pack is damaged or has been tampered with, or any other irregularities are discovered, the customer must report the matter on the courier’s delivery note and then inform the seller immediately of what was discovered when the merchandise was delivered.
If the shipment is accepted without reserve, that is, without indicating any shortfall, damage or irregularity on the courier’s delivery note and/or the seller is not notified promptly of any such anomaly, the customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement or to have the missing or damaged product replaced by the seller.
Collection from an UPS Access Point: Collection from an UPS Access Point: if this shipment and delivery method is selected, the pack will be shipped directly to a pick-up point (in most cases, a store or other sales premises), where the Customer can collect the pack. The customer will be informed by e-mail when the pack is ready for collection.
The pick-up point must be selected by the Customer when the order is placed, from a list of collection points that will be supplied when the order is made and identified according to the distance from the address indicated by the Customer.
The seller will not, in any event, be held liable for any disruptions, delays or omissions in consignments, which are the result of an accident or force majeure or the fault of the courier or the manager of the access point.
The customer is in any event obliged to check that the packs are intact when they are delivered and if any packs are missing, or there are any signs that a pack is damaged or has been tampered with, or any other irregularities are discovered, the customer must not take possession of the pack and must inform the seller immediately of what has been discovered.
If the pack has been collected by the customer, he will not be entitled to any reimbursement from the seller or to have any missing or damaged products replaced.
